And now Instead of the old 10.0 system, scores are now the combination of the A score
(difficulty) and the B score (execution) under the new Code of Points.
The A score is the ten hardest skills in the routine, plus connection bonus and
the five special requirements fulfilled. Skills in gymnastics range from A to G,
with G being the most difficult, and are awarded certain points.
The B score starts from a 10.0, so the highest score Bridget can get on vault is
a 15.500, a 16.000 on bars, a 16.100 on beam, and a 15.800 on floor. For more
information on the Code of Points, visit GymnStands!
