Alabama Crimson Tide
After moving to Orlando Metro,
Kassi is joining a very prestigious program in Tusacaloosa! Not only does the
Crimson Tide have a big time football team but their gymnastics team has won
four National Championships (1988, 1991, 1996, 2002). Tide gymnasts have also
earned other notable accolades, including eleven individual NCAA titles. In the
history of the program, there have been five Honda Award winners, three Top VIII
Award winners, four Woman of the Year finalists, and countless All American
honors. The team also boasts tremendous academic success and honors. Visit

Orlando
Metro
After moving to Orlando Metro,
Kassi only became a stronger and better
gymnast! Kassi has trained under Jeff Wood and Christi Mitchell-Barineau from
2003 to 2006. Jeff is the owner of Orlando Metro
and has been coaching women's gymnastics since 1979! Christi has been working as
a coach or choreographer since 1981.
In recent years she has trained along some very talented gymnasts, including current senior international elite
Shayla Worley and
2004 Olympic Trials competitor Melanie
Sinclair, who now competes for the University of Florida!
She has also trained with several other
talented level 10 gymnasts, such as Tiffany Murray (Florida), Paige Burns (Georgia), Christina Suhr
(LSU), Amanda Castillo, Brandi George, and many others!
